Sensory gyms have historically only been available to children who receive occupational therapy services. Not anymore! Now, is your chance to have the guidance and expertise of an occupational therapist in a small group setting. Children will be able to explore, create, learn and evolve all 9 senses!
Through exploration of their senses, your child will grow more aware of their environment, what their bodies are capable of and improve their overall self confidence!
Through guided activities, children will be gently encouraged through functional movement patterns, challenge their vestibular systems, explore sensory modalities and leave feeling stronger and ready to seize the day!
Ages 6 to 9 months
Guided with a loved one, your baby will be able to explore their
senses while reinforcing developmental milestones in preparation
for crawling and walking.
Ages 18 to 36 months
Guided with a loved one, your toddler will be able to explore their sensorimotor skills while running, jumping, and challenging their vestibular systems. Socialization with others is encouraged!
Ages 3-4 years
Your child will explore and challenge their vestibular system with running, jumping, stair climbing and games that will facilitate curiosity, confidence and teamwork.
Ages 5-6 years
Your child will engage in activities with focus on team building that will foster confidence, self-advocacy, counting, concept of time, communication of needs and developmental milestones.
Ages 3.5-5 years

Preparation for Pre-K and Kindergarten
Children will have the opportunity to explore areas including:
teeth brushing
Ages 4-6 years
Group Session
Proximal Stability for Distal Mobility!
Focus on pre-writing skills necessary for success in handwriting.
Physical activities include trunk and core strength, endurance, hand strength and dexterity skills.

Sensory Station brings fun and interactive sessions via Telehealth right in the comforts of your own home.
Option #1: Provide your therapist with your child's current IEP and we can continue strategies to work towards mastering your child's goals.
Option#2: Let your personal OT assess your child's current level of performance and together establish short term goals to achieve during this "break" from school.
Option #3: Your OT can provide fun, educational and effective methods to improve areas of fine motor skills, self help skills, sensorimotor skills, visual motor and spatial skills, and so much more!
Parent's are encouraged to be involved, have fun, and enjoy the process together! You might be surprised some new skills you pick up too Mom and Dad!
